Join us on an enchanting journey to Quebec City for the annual Christmas Markets!
These markets captivate the city with their intricate decor and vibrant lights, designed to evoke the charm of the famed European markets. On this tour we’ll enjoy a guided walking tour with a costumed guide in period attire who will delve into Christmases of the past as we meander through Old Quebec City and Petit Champlain. We’ll also indulge in local flavours at a traditional French restaurant for an included lunch with the group. On this tour you will have plenty of free time to explore the famous Christmas Markets, boutiques, and attractions at your own pace, including the Onwha Lumina night walk. We’ll stay 3 nights at the Historic Fairmont Chateau Frontenac, nestled in Old Quebec City, which includes an incredible buffet breakfast daily. There is no better place to experience holiday magic than in this historic city.
Note: This is an active tour with lots of walking. Quebec City has many cobblestone streets and hills, so it is not recommended for anyone with mobility constraints.

Day 1: Depart to Quebec City
Board our coach at your designated pickup location this morning as we make our way into Quebec City for a short Christmas market getaway. We’ll make comfort stops along the way, arriving to Quebec City in the evening. Tonight, we’ll check in to the famous Fairmont Chateau Frontenac where we will spend the next 3 nights. The night will be yours to explore the historic old town and enjoy dinner at your leisure.
Day 2: Magical Christmas City Tour (B, L)
After an included buffet breakfast at the hotel this morning we’ll depart on a magical Christmas walking city tour, lead by a costumed guide and will include a hot chocolate. After our tour we will enjoy lunch at a local restaurant as a group. This afternoon and evening will be yours at leisure to continue to explore the Old Town of Quebec and visit the Christmas Markets.
Day 3: Explore the City & The Onwha Lumina (B)
After an included buffet breakfast at the hotel this morning you will have a free day at your leisure. Today will be yours to explore Quebec City as you see fit. You can choose to spend more time at the Christmas Markets, join an optional tour, relax in a café, enjoy the incredible pool and spa at the Chateau Frontenac and more. Included is a trip to Wendake, near the city of Quebec, to enjoy the Onwha Lumina walk. As night falls, you will be transported along a 1.2-kilometre pathway infused with the magic of light, sound and video projections. This immersive multimedia experience will invite you into a collective adventure rich with emotions as you enjoy the scenery.
Day 4: Departure Home (B)
After an included buffet breakfast at the hotel this morning we’ll check out of the hotel and begin our journey home. We will make comfort stops along the way including a stop for lunch (on your own) before returning to our original pickup locations.
A $150 per person non-refundable deposit due at time of booking. Final payment will be due 45 days prior to departure. All costs are in Canadian dollars and include taxes of approximately $100.
