Winter is rearing its head and we couldn’t think of anywhere we’d rather get away from the cold than in the friendly confines of the Shorewalk Villas in sunny Bradenton, Florida. Our group will travel by air to this quaint condo area for a relaxing month in the sun. The Shorewalk villas are located less than 10 miles from the Gulf of Mexico and are close to lots of amenities to make your stay as easy and comfortable as possible. You will have a tour director along with you who will have plenty of local excursions available during your time in Florida! Were the Shorewalk Villas affected by the hurricane last fall?No, the Shorewalk Villas were not affected by the recent hurricanes. Due to it’s proximity from the coast, it remained perfectly sheltered and suffered no structural damage whatsoever!How much does this trip cost? The trip costs $5,745 per person based on a double occupancy condo or $7,745 per person based on single occupancy. This includes the cost of the condo, flights there and back and all airport transfers.Where will we be flying in and out of? We will fly in and out of Tampa and the bus will be waiting to transfer us to the condos from there! Flights are included in the price!Are there Golf Courses Nearby?Yes there are 5+ golf courses within walking distance or a short taxi trip away including one directly across the street. Golf clubs can be brought at an additional cost. Ask us for details if this is of interest! Will someone from Cardinal Coach Tours be with us in Florida? Yes, we have one of our tour directors with the group for the entire duration of the trip. They are there to assist you with anything you need like grocery shopping, organizing activities, and hosting social events. Is there somewhere to do laundry at this condo?Yes, each condo unit is equipped with a washer and dryer so you’re able to do your laundry from the comfort of your own condo! Is there a pool at the facility?Yes! Infact, there are 2 heated outdoor swimming pools as well as 2 whirlpool spas at your disposal! What kind of activities are available to keep me busy at Shorewalk?There are 2 tennis courts available, multiple golf courses in the area including one directly across the street, ping pong tables, shuffleboard, billiards tables, a stocked library and free wifi! Our tour director will also organize outings for the group to get out of the unit and see a little bit of the surrounding area! Are any meals included? No meals are not included, but you have a full kitchen in your unit and there are outdoor BBQ’s available at your disposal as well. There is a grocery store a short trip away and our TD can organize weekly shopping trips!

About The Shorewalk Villas, Bradenton:
We are pleased to be once again returning to this fantastic property that offers everything that is Florida! Located less than 10 miles from the Gulf of Mexico and the beaches, the Shorewalk is a vacation villa property with condominium type accommodations in a quiet neighborhood. Within a five minute walk you will find a Publix grocery store, Walmart, Beall’s Fashion Outlet, an 8 screen Cineplex, a pharmacy and a dollar store. There are several restaurants within walking distance such as The Outback, Applebee’s, Cracker Barrel and much more. Publix also sell meals to go and currently offers grocery delivery!
This community allows you to get out and enjoy the outdoors with a safe area to walk or bike and offers two large swimming pools, 2 hot tubs, 2 tennis courts, conveniently located bbq grills and a club house that features shuffleboard, billiard tables, a library, large screen TV and wi-fi. Daily activities such as Aqua Fitness, Movie Nights, Bingo and Card games are available to our guests. Each condo kitchen is equipped with full sized appliances, all dishes and utensils, a breakfast eating area, a dining room and a living room that leads to a screened lanai. A phone system allows for complimentary in-suite wi-fi as well as free long distance calling within North America.
Perhaps the most appealing feature to your condo is two separate bedrooms and two bathrooms – if two single people want to share a unit without compromising privacy this would be ideal. These units are equipped to hold up to 4 people so it makes it very economical if there are couples that want to share – each unit is 1,250 sq. ft.
Optional Excursions
Some tours will be free of charge but others may come at an additional cost (ex. Toronto Blue Jays). All tours are subject to availability and will require a minimum number of participants to run.
Booking & Payments
Due to proximity to departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.
We accept most major credit cards, cash and personal cheques. All prices are in Canadian dollars and are subject to change without notice. Lakeshore/Cardinal reserves to right adjust the tour if necessary.
Cancellation Penalties
All payments are non-refundable.
