Join us on the August long weekend for one of our road trips to watch the Toronto Blue Jays vs New York Yankees, and cross another major league ballpark off of your bucket list!
We’re heading to New York City to watch the Toronto Blue Jays vs New York Yankees. We will be watching two games at the iconic Yankee Stadium. This weekend our group will stay at the Hyatt Place Times Square. The most popular tourist sites in New York are only a short walk/taxi away. Our coach will transport us to and from the Bronx for both games, that way we can stay in Manhattan near all of the action!
This tour includes lower level outfield seats for two Toronto Blue Jays games at Yankee Stadium, and a guided tour of Yankee Stadium. There will be deluxe highway motor coach transportation to and from New York City and the services of a Cardinal/Lakeshore Tour Director. Daily breakfast is also included. This is a fairly active tour which will require some walking and maneuvering stairs within the ballpark.
The tour is not recommended for those with mobility constraints.
A valid Canadian Passport is also required.

Day One | Friday August 2, 2024 – Depart Home for New York City
Today we will board the coach and depart from our pre-selected pickup points to make our way to New York City. There will be comfort stops along the way which will include lunch (on own). Upon arrival in New York this evening we will check into the Hyatt Place Times Square for three nights. The remainder of the evening will be free to explore New York City at your own pace and enjoy dinner (on your own).
Day Two | Saturday August 3, 2024 – New York City (B)
Kickstart your day with breakfast at the hotel. This morning we’ll depart Manhattan by coach and make our way to Yankee Stadium in the Bronx. This morning we will enjoy a guided tour of the iconic Yankee Stadium and then we will have some free time to explore the festivities going on around the ballpark before our first Blue Jays game of the weekend. Today’s game will start at 1:05 PM and we’ll be seated in section 107 in the outfield along the first base foul line! After the game our coach will return us to Times Square where our hotel is located. You will once again have the evening at your leisure to take it all of the sights of the city. Perhaps take in a broadway show, shop at the endless stores in Manhattan or head to the Top of the Rock for sprawling views of the New York City skyline! Dinner will be on your own again this evening – but not to worry, our staff will be sure to provide plenty of recommendations on places to eat and visit during your stay!
Day Three | Sunday August 4, 2024 – New York City (B)
After breakfast at the hotel this morning, we will once again return to Yankee Stadium for our second game of the weekend and the final game in the weekend series. This game will start at 1:35PM with seats section 107. After the game today, we will return to our hotel in Manhattan for our final night in New York City. Here you will have more free time to explore the city at your own pace and enjoy dinner on your own once again. The options are endless!
Day Four | Monday August 5, 2024 – Depart New York City for Home (B)
After our breakfast at the hotel this morning, we will depart for home making rest stops along the way. We will return to our original pickup locations and bid new and old friends farewell!
